If Tech2Rescue fails to resolve any single issue within the first 15 days of the plan subscription, you can ask for a full refund. However, if during this specified period our certified technicians have resolved one or more issues, no refund will be made. Going out-of-the-box, Tech2Rescue, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refund the partial subscription fees on pro-rata basis. For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met:
- Our experts failed to fix any prevailing issue in the activation period or validity period of the plan, provided you had the entire prerequisites that were essential to resolve the problem.
- The issue is out of scope for the particular plan
- 15 days have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by our technician
